How we protect your information

Because we know how concerning sharing information can be, we restrict access to nonpublic, personal and confidential information about you or your company to the employees who need it to serve you. We use a private, encrypted password manager, digital vault, form filler and secure digital wallet to safeguard your information. Our procedures comply with US federal regulations to protect your information.

What we collect

What you send us. When you request a consultation, write to us or call, you give us information such as your name, email address, company name, telephone number, the best times to talk and your message. We use it to serve you in the best and most immediate way possible: to reply and set up the conversation you asked for.
Visitor statistics and advertising (Google). This site uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use it (pages viewed, how you arrived, the kind of device and general location) and the Google Ads tag to measure whether our ads lead to visits and consultation requests. Google sets cookies to do this and processes the data under Google’s privacy policy. We never send Google what you type into our forms. You can block these cookies in your browser settings or install Google’s Analytics opt-out add-on, and you can manage ad personalization at Google’s ad settings.
Spam protection (Google reCAPTCHA). When you start filling in our consultation form, the form uses Google reCAPTCHA to check that it’s being sent by a person, not an automated program. reCAPTCHA collects information about your device and how you use the page, and sends it to Google under Google’s privacy policy and terms. It isn’t loaded until you use the form.

Information you share with us about user names and logins should be sent through secure platforms, to keep the risk of a breach as low as possible.

What we don’t do

We do not disclose any nonpublic information about our customers or former customers to any third party, except as permitted and required by law.
We do not sell your information, and we use what you send us only to reply to you and provide the services you ask for.
